More orders, without a bigger order desk
At most companies we talk to, every new customer means more retyping, more chasing and eventually an extra colleague. The software they have does what it promises. It just assumes a standard process, and everything that falls slightly outside it is caught by people, with Excel, email and what they carry in their heads. A change to the system quickly becomes a project with a quote, so you leave it as it is.

Orders, changes and supplier messages arrive by email or PDF. Someone retypes them into the ERP, and anything not yet settled sits in an inbox until it is.
A separate system with its own rules
The warehouse runs in a separate WMS or on paper. That system only half knows the agreements with customers, so the team knows the rest by heart, and every link with the ERP is a place where something can go wrong.
Every change is a project
A new customer with different requirements, an extra step in the process or a report you are missing: it goes through the partner, with a quote and a wait. So mostly, things stay as they are.
One system, with the warehouse built in
The usual answer is a stack of systems: a simple ERP for the orders, a separate WMS for the warehouse, a webshop next to it and Excel for whatever falls in between. Each system does its part fine. The trouble is that every handover between two systems is exactly where the exceptions get lost.
In MintIQ an order runs through the same system from start to finish. The warehouse is simply part of it: receiving, locations, picking and shipping run alongside orders and purchasing, so the agreement the salesperson makes ends up on the pick list later.
The request comes in
A customer emails a request with a drawing or PDF attached. MintIQ turns it into a draft request and notes which questions are still open.
Quote and sales order
MintIQ turns the request into a quote, with the items, prices and customer agreements in it. The salesperson checks it and sends it. Once approved, the order is there.
Purchasing
Whatever is not in stock, MintIQ puts on the right purchase order itself: with the supplier that delivers the item, with the minimum order quantity and lead time that go with it. Every purchase order is linked to the sales order, so you can see which customer is waiting for which delivery.
Receiving and storage shop floor
Incoming goods are scanned by item or pallet, with lot, batch or best-before date, and the system assigns the location. A batch that needs inspection first stays blocked until someone releases it.
Assembly, where it applies
If the order includes an operation or assembly step, the bill of materials creates the work order automatically at the sale, and the board shows what is ready.
Picking, shipping, invoicing shop floor
The order picker gets the tasks on the scanner, with the customer rules written in plain language on the item or the customer. After shipping, the invoice goes to the accounting package.
A system that does the work
That is the strength of an AI-native ERP: the assistant and the agents work inside the system itself, on your own items, stock and orders.
The supplier who delivers late
A supplier emails that a delivery will arrive a week later. MintIQ reads the email, updates the date on the purchase order and flags the sales orders that are now at risk, for the person responsible.
The drawing in the email
A customer emails a PDF or a drawing. MintIQ reads it, turns it into a request and notes what is still missing to produce a quote.
A question in plain language
How much of this item do we have, and how much of it is already reserved for customers? You ask the way you would ask a colleague, and the answer comes from your own data.
The report you ask for
Margin per customer group, or this week's open orders per site. You ask for it, get the report and pin it to the dashboard.
